Are the journeys fixed packages?
No. The collection is travel inspiration. Hotels, dates, pacing, rooms, activities and pricing are tailored to each request. Nothing is reserved until arrangements and terms are confirmed.
Do you plan flights and VIP airport services?
Yes, we can include premium cabin planning, transfers and airport-service coordination in your request. Airline, airport and provider availability determines what can be arranged.
How do planning fees, deposits and cancellation terms work?
Any applicable planning fees, supplier deposits and cancellation terms are explained before you commit. They depend on the work requested and the suppliers selected.
What happens when I send an inquiry?
The website prepares your request in your own email application. Review it and press Send to deliver it to Michael.johnson@fora.travel. This version does not submit your information to a website database.
Can families, solo travelers and friends use the same planning service?
Yes. We tailor room arrangements, the pace of the itinerary and experiences to your travelers. For groups and families, share approximate ages and room needs in the initial inquiry.
